Color me Blue Tutorial

I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

So let us begin ;)

At first Three Things:

After rezising you have to sharpen, so i don't need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don't write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 / 2 / 100 / 8 / Black

C/P means Copy / Paste ;)

- New Image 500 x 500 - Fill with White - Open Mask and minimize

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-frame 1 as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections expand to 10 - C/P sb_pmt_color sb_pmt_color me-blue-pp8 as new Layer - Invert the Selection - Delete - Selections None - Layer under Frame Layer - Layer Properties on Multiplication (no matter how it looks like at the Moment, when the Paper with the WSL_Mask is behind it it looks like it should be) - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 5.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-bow frame as new Layer - Rezise 80% - place with the Bow above on the Frame.

- C/P Your Tube as new Layer and put it on the Frames.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-sticks deco as new Layer - Rezise 65% - Flip Horizontal - below on the Frame - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-stitches as new Layer - Rezise 60% - place on the upper Stick - Layer under Tube Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-flowers as new Layer - Rezise 45% - on the Right Side on the Sticks / Bow Frame - Layer under Bow Frame Layer - erase with the Rubber what is in the right inner fom the Bow Frame - Duplicate - Layer above Bow Frame Layer - erase what is on the Right Ribbon from the Bow Frame.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-blue berry as new Layer - Rezise 40% - on the upper Stick on the Right Side - Layer under stitches Layer - Duplicate - Flip Horizontal - move to the bow from the upper Stick - Layer under upper flowers Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-puffy heart as new Layer - Rezise 45% - Rotate Free 12 Right - on the Right Side/End on the Sticks - Layer under Sticks Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-tiny flower as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the Right Side on the Heart / with the hole from the Flower on the upper Stick - Layer under Sticks Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-fabric flower as new Layer - Rezise 30% - on the below Right Side on / at the Heart - Layer under Heart Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-stapled ribbon as new Layer - Rezise 30% - Rotate Free 90 Right - on the Left Side on / at the tiny flower - Layer under tiny flower Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-scribble 2 as new Layer - Rezise 70% - Rotate Free 15 Left - move a bit down and to the Left - Layer under both BG from Frame Layers.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-ric rac as new Layer - Rezise 45% - in the Middle between both Sticks (more to the Right Side) - Layer under below flowers Layer.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-curled ribbon as new Layer - Rezise 55% - Rotate Free 15 Left - below on the ric rac - move to the Right - Layer under ric rac Layer - Duplicate - Flip Vertical.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-dragonfly as new Layer - Rezise 30% - above on the Right on the Frames.

- Crop Your Image so that You have not too much white Place on the Sides, but leave a bit white Space cause we have to ad the BG with Mask now ;)

- Activate the white BG Layer - Selections All - New Rasterlayer - C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-pp10 in the Selection - Selections - None - New Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask - Merge down Group.

- C/P sb_pmt_color me-blue-beads as new Layer - Rezise 40% - Flip Horizontal - on the below Left Side - Layer under BG´s from Frame Layers.

- Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

(Don't forget the License Number when use a Tube which need one).

Save as png or jpg and you are finished with the Tag.
